Cancellation Policy

🚨I charge a 100% of service amount for any no-shows! If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of your service amount. *No Refunds* Cancelations due to sickness (covid and beyond): if you are showing any signs of sickness please reschedule your appointment for at minimum 2 days out from your original appointment. If you are canceling due to covid or any other sickness you must let me know before 24 hours of your appointment. If you are covid positive you will be allowed to book after 5 days of your missed appointment. No exceptions. Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let me know during your appointment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed adjustments within a 3 day window from the original appointment. There are no refunds. 🚨By booking your appointment you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the policies of the salon. 🚨 Product Purchases: If you purchase products we do not give refunds. If you have an allergic reaction before 10 days use you may turn in the bottle + proof of the reaction. You will then receive a credit to your account in the amount of the product when purchased. If the product was on sale when you purchased you will only receive the sale price credited to your account. If the product was full price you will receive the full price of the product credit.
